Cosplay...again

So I'm thinking of cosplaying as Sheimi from Blue Exorcist next year. I found this costume:
which is gorgeous!I was also toying with cosplaying as Shinobu from Ninja Nonsense. I haven't found a costume for her yet that didn't look like shit

i haven't ordered any costumes for this year yet. I really want that one but i'd need a short blonde wig. I hated the long wig from last year so I'm a bit hesitant.

we go to two. The first is in January in State College, PA. (Setsucon) and the second, Tekkoshocon, is in April in Pittsburgh.
