Can someone please help me?

Something is wrong with my USB, and I wont' be able to update without it....TT_TT

All my files r suddenly gone...so if anyone knows what's wrong with it...PLEASE HELP ME! TT_TT

does it turn out that way even if you open it as "open it as portable device"?

ah...i just see your post and what happen to your usb. according to my experience, it's because your usb got infected by some virus. try to scan your usb, i hope it work.

Hmm, you can try to search for files retrieval program in the Internet and then follow their instructions to try and retrieve your files but its not going to retrieve everything, it depends on luck.

And you have to be careful when using this kind of programs too as you are not aware of what other implications they might have.

how about you try to open it from ms word.

or you try click my computer>right click on removable disk>open

i've tried opening it, n it didn't work, it said "this file cannot be opened" TT_TT

n that means i have 2 restart writing it....><><><

it also happen on my external hard drive.. I just safely remove it and re-start my PC and then when I open it up again.. I can view it and see it again.. Hope it will work on your USB..
