The last two do exist. Can't give you an example about the second one right away. As to 'counsel' -

Council - это совет, в смысле, простите, орган (управления) или учреждение. А counsel - это совет, в смысле совещание или advice. Or where you mocking me?)

Well I guess two last guys from that list should be "
counsel
and counsellor" and not "councel and councellor". God bless English spelling!
