Sep 05, 2006 13:46

Going to put more stuff up before school starts... this is a translation from a special question session from an Animage issue featuring Ishida-san and Kojima Sachiko-san. This is probably the first translation I did of Ishida-san... which was from... just two months ago? Haha.

Interesting...
Why doesn't he have/want a pet? Does he not like pets? I wonder...
And the rice! lol ~ the rice was hilarious! XD
Thanks for translating!

Yes... very interesting...
Hmm... I think he's the type to not own a pet because he doesn't want to look after it... the reason why he cut he his hair was because 'it was too bothersome to look after" - haha. He probably doesn't want many troubles XD

Rice. Haha. Yeah, it was pretty funny~~

Sighs, Ishida-san is just THAT kind of person, haha. I sort of can't see him otherwise XDDDD If he were to own any kind of pet... I think it'd have to be something he doesn't need to take a lot of care in, like goldfish. xD

I like cats, but I like dogs even more XDD Do you own any cats by any chance?

=3 evidentally juuhachi ban (十八番) means (for what ever reason) specialty. So basically the question is asking about their 'specialty song' for karaoke XD

...Which is kind of funny, I guess most people have a favorite song they sing, or are good at... XD

Uwa~ Thank you! The sentence finally makes sense to me *_*

And yeah, there's also such a term in Chinese that describes a song that a person is good at singing at in a karaoke bar. I just didn't imagine it would be written as #18 in Japanese... haha.

Thank you again! ^0^
