I can't believe the HSC starts tomorrow. But I think I'm as prepared as I can be, at least for English Paper 1 anyway. I'm taking it pretty easy today, which is why I'm on the computer

Lol, is that what they're called? What purpose do they serve exactly? It's not my school - it's the university where I go to study at the library for. My school doesn't have anything interesting/weird like that.
Good luck! What does HSC stand for anyway, I've heard a couple people talking about it and I don't know what it means.
Anyways, just have to say that I love the new GoF posters. Gah, everyone is so pretty - Harry, Hermione, Cedric... Except for Ron. I feel rather sorry for him actually, they always put him in ridiculous poses and with terrible facial expressions for the promos, while everyone else looks pretty.
I agree, I think it's getting rather old with his expressions over the years as him as Ron. Krum's picture is pretty too and poor Fleur's looks a little too airbrushed.
Haha, it does look like it could be a double helix if the rest was added!
Thanks! HSC = Higher School Certificate. They're the final exams for year 12 students in NSW and you need it to get into universities and stuff. Well, actually, how well you do in the HSC determines your UAI (University Admissions Index) and that's used to get into the course you want.
Yeah. I just wish they would portray him better, because he is a great character in the books, and he is on an equal footing with the rest of the trio as well. Fleur and Krum aren't really what I imagined them to look like, but Krum is starting to grow on me.
Hehe yeah, I've been doing way too much science. :D
I'm getting rather tired of the movies' version of Ron. They make him look like a complete fool. They're taking his book personality, multiplying it ridiculously and then getting rid of his good aspects... grr.
I love that Hermione poster. It's kind of eerie though.
I mean, they're only taking a PART of his book personality. They're just using him for comic relief mainly. But that's Fred and George's roles! Yeah, the portrayal is kind of stuffed. And I actually quite like Ron :)
I can't quite make out what the background is supposed to be. It looks like there's some kind of pillar or something... I think the hues give it that kind of eerie effect. Hmm.

Their pupose? That's one of the mysteries of the universe...

Interesting, thanks for the link :)

Yeah, poor Ron. And poor Draco. The film makers are abusing their personalities.
Good luck on the HSC! *hugs*
But yeah, she ships Draco/Ginny... so maybe she ships Harry/Hermione?
Ooooh, I hope Priyanka does ship H/Hr. But she scores major points for shipping D/G *grin*

Mainly poor Ron. Draco actually looks pretty good in those promos, and so does Goyle. It must be the all-black thing. *hides*
Yeah, definitely :D We must have a discussion about HBP and SW and everything.

You should *nods*
And you know - the background in Hermione's poster might be of her in the Hogwarts Lake. What do you think?
