(===>)Just yesterday, I finished reading a novel called Earagon, the first book in the Inheritance Trilogy. I was shocked, after I found out, from the back of the book, that the author was a 19 year old teen. XD I was completely amazed and in the same time some what horrified that a 19 year old can write such a astounding novel. (<=== being formal lol er...yea...*sweatdrop*)Then i again i shouldn't be that amazed since there are truly talented people in the world. by the way....the author graduated from high school at the age of 15 O.O 15!!!! lol I'm planning to go get the second book that came out just recently, augst 23, 2005. Anywayz the first book, Eraagon, is about this farm boy who fatherless and motherless lives with his uncle in a farm on the endge of their villgae. Winter was arriving promptly. Eragon, the farm boy and the main chrarcter, had to help his family(sorta..uncle and brother though not blood realted)to help and prepare for the winter by hunting for food in the woods for it was way too expensive to buy meat from their hostile villgae butcher. While chasing after a small deer herd, he was caught by surprise and disbelief when a ball of fire suggenly exploded next to the tree he was standing. after the smoke had cleared away, he found an sappire jewel intricated with white lines. to cut the story or summary...<< short tthat jewel turned out to be an dragon egg and because of him finding it, he's uncle was killed by (monsters for got their names..) along with their house, sent by the empire king. range and anger took sancuary within Eragon and he decided to avenge his uncle's death. His dragon, btw grew rapidly and soon was able to fly with earagon on his back. Before they set out, an old man who turned out to be a wizard journeyed with Eragon and taught him how to use and control the magic within him. he also taught eragon the ancient languare, how to fight, and many other vlauble knowledge. unfortunetly, the old wizard was killed by the Urgles one night however, another boy who later turned out to be his unwavering ally and companion set out together. on their way to revenge, eragon found an elf and decided to help her. by deciding to help her, they came to the dwrafs' sanctuary. the elf was healed but right when she did, the Urgle army decided to invade the dwraf underground palace. even though etagon became strong during their chase, he was nervous at this "war" in which he had never experienced before. when eragon came across the Shade, he was acutally able to kill him with the distaction caused by the elf and his dragon and set victory for the dwrafs. because of his deed, he was invited to the elfs' sanctuary. end of book one lol i got lazy during the middle of the summary xDDD
