...this chapter was really one of the best so far (the other would be the one in which Shige finds Ryo's message), because it show how hard it is for Ryo.
It must be really hard seeing the one you love getting hurt by yourself without having the chance to do anything...
And it must be really hard to let go the one you love for his own happiness too...men are selfish by nature after all.
The reason why I love this fic so much is its talking about very deep themes...it doesn't happen everyday to find fics like yours.

Oh Yuki dear~ This is so heartbreaking (I sure hope Jiro is feeling ALL of that and feeling extra bad for letting Ara be a bitch) >:O

Anyway onto more constructive things to say. I love the image you paint of Shige (from the perspective of Ryo's longing eyes). Really, I don't think (well at least not for a LONG time because heck 3 years didn't seem to deter Shige from loving Ryo-chan) Shige will move on from Ryo that soon because honestly, Shige is the type to be very dedicated to something. If he and Ryo breaks it off, he'll probably just be separated physically, but not emotionally. Mahhhh sticky situation indeed.

Nicely portrayed images :] I feel like I'm sitting on the hill in the wind with Shige and observing Ryo staring at the lost-in-his-own world Shige :D

The next chapters will be less heartbreaking, though the situation never really stops being sad. :o

Of course Ryo will always be a part of him, but he needs to get his life back in order. Right now they are both lost and broken, so they need to find themselves before anything else can happen between them. It is only going to get stickier :P

That's awesome :D I've been trying to improve on my descriptions and it is good to know that it worked out ^^ Maybe I'm not too hopeless after all :o

Well, he is hated by the only people he has been around for 3 years, he doesn't really have any control over his life(if you can even call it that), he lost his passion and his dreams and he has to push away the one he loves so they can find happiness away from each other and rediscover who they are. It's very sad and he feels completely lost :(

but i can just imagine shige's reaction if he knew what ryo was thinking; "baka, how could i love anyone but you?"
this story has always either had me in tears or on the verge. today it was on the vurge, but i really did feel all of the pain that ryo was feeling
and all the little cute moments and their hesitant kiss just make it so much worse.
