For those of you in the greater Boston area, does it usually snow enough to cover the ground during Thanksgiving?

[Edit: Thanks for the replies. Oh well, my sister wants to visit when there's snow to play with but her possible holidays are Thanksgiving or Spring Break.]

It can but it's uncommon.

I concur -- the serious snow tends to come a month or so later. While I wouldn't precisely call it *rare* to get real snow before Thanksgiving, it's not the norm -- odds are only about 1-in-2 that we have a full ground cover even for Christmas...
