Indeed; that was one of the best movies I've seen in a while. Not quite what I expected; they underplayed the plot and it ended up as a simple action flick, but a killer one at that.

Did you notice that, in spite of his prowess for violence, he never has a gun? I love that scene in the car on the way to the human project when he nails that motorcycle guy with the door.

I don't specifically recall mentioning him not having a gun, but i remember thinking that he should pick up any one of the ones lying on the ground WHILE HE'S BEING SHOT AT!!!! AND PROTECTING THE ONLY BABY ON THE PLANET. But yea, fucking awesome. I haven't shut up about it.

I'm interested to see that movie. Is it really a sci fi, or do they just call it that to entice nerds like me?

It's set in 2027, but its not Sci Fi. The premise is that humans (due to an influenza plague) have not been able to reproduce for 18 years, and things are chaotic and lie in ruins. Totally, see it! I command you
