I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Prop 8 to be obliterated.

this is not good :(

but on the upside.. in Connecticut people voted NO to amend the state's constitution, which is a major blow to opponents of same-sex marriage.

With 59 percent of votes counted, the question failed 60 percent to 40 percent.

I'm glad the numbers ended up neck and neck. Although we lost this time, I'm confident that next time we won't. :)
