Comments:Two bank robbers fall in love with the woman they've kidnapped.
Okay, it's not like that. Two neurotic, crazy guys (played by Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thornton) break out of prison and go on a bank robbing spree. Then they hook up with this woman, Kate (played by Cate Blanchett) who is sort of half-kidnapped by them and half coming along because she's bored.

Fandom: Gotham (1988)
Category: Movies
Comments: A washed-up private detective (played by Tommy Lee Jones) investigates a woman who may or may not be a client's dead wife (played by Virginia Madsen).
It's a strange little film, part film-noir parody and part ghost story. The dialogue is highly stylized and a bit stilted in places, but mostly, it works.
My favorite characters are the detective and his two friends, who try to help him keep his head on straight when the case goes totally insane.
