Comments: This is a hilarious book that pokes fun at Star Trek, scifi, and tropes in general - at it's essence, it's fanfic/meta for Star Trek. It is what it sounds like - a story told from the point of view of the "redshirts," that is, the minor characters who exist only to get killed off at a dramatic moment. It's delightful and clever and takes some really unexpected turns, so I highly recommend reading it! To the best of my knowledge, there's no fic for it yet, so don't you want to be the first?
