Comments: Big book, small fandom. And it doesn't deserve to be that way, because there is so much there to be enjoyed. Probably the best known of Alexandre Dumas' novels after The Three Musketeers and its sequels, The Count of Monte Cristo is (in my edition) 1,243 pages of pure awesome. It sounds a lot, but it's worth the read. So much happens that there's never a dull moment ( ... )
