Comments:Did somebody say homoerotic? The Brotherhood is one in a long series of homoerotic "horror" films by David Decoteau. I put horror in quotes because absolutely nothing scary happens in any Decoteau movie. A few people die but it's not terribly convincing. DeCoteau's original intent with these movies was to give girl and queer guys the same b-movie t&a straight guys have been getting forever. I love love his movies. they aren't art but they sure as hell are fun. He uses unknown actors but in this case the lead (Sam Page) in this film later went on to Mad Men and Sean Faris is in part two.I I have a special place in my heart for low budget straight to dvd movies, and a particular love for David DeCoteau. I mean how can you not love this movie, the shirtlessness, the underwear, the boy touching, the dialogue. This the fandom you've always wanted. Also since I'm not above begging PLEASE :) take a chance and check this out.
