Japan Trip: Day 3 - Sendai

Oct 13, 2016 17:22

After an exhausting 'excursion' I had had the previous day, I had decided not to set my alarm and let my body rest. But to my dismay, I woke up at 2am, feeling cramps on my left half! Most especially my left shoulder >< I thought it had been a bad sleep's position, so I turned to my right. But after a while, the pain wouldn't go away. So I decided ( Read more... )

The bus looks so nice! :3

Wow, the bus driver, so considerate! Must be part of Japanese hospitality they're talking about on travel blogs? xD

Aaaah, yappari ne, when in Sendai it's defitely the 'fortress' of Date xD I read even today, they still hold the family to high position. Current family head seems to be very soft-spoken though xD

Ahahah, so much exercise for your legs (and butt!) xD

"This included Date Masamune's samurai armor, complete with his famous crescent-moon helmet, swords, pots... it almost looked like a pharaoh's tomb raid, to be honest, LOL xD"
^ uwaaaah sugooooooiiiiiii! *o*

Ohmyyyy, that slipping incident though! Thank God you didn't get any serious injury ><

Just trying out local food could be good for a meal ne xD

Aaaah too bad about the matsuri! Next time when you (we?) visit, it would be nice to chance upon a matsuri ne! :3

Too bad you didn't get to see much, (or at least the pictures :P) because of the weather ne. But maa, that experience with typhoon is an adventure of it's own ne xD

Wow so many stairs everywhere! On the plus side, at least it's great exercise ^^ I bet the landscape were like that where we live, we'd have amazing, toned legs. It's great you still got to see some sites before the roughest part of the typhoon set in. Even if it's cloudy or a little bit rainy, I kinda like how the pictures come out because without any harsh shadows cast by sunlight, the colors still come out very nicely against the gray-ish background. By the way, that picture looking up at Masamune-sama with the rain pouring down looks so dramatic and cool!
