Man i love generic brands, i mean i used to buy the safeway brand cereal as a kid, its still was the same thing as any other regular brand cereal (except my cinnamon toast crunch which i do have to buy, no knock off brand)

Hmm so you liked transformers more the second time?? I found it more boring the more I watched it! Plus I didn't think much of the girl - reminded me too much of a girl off hollyoaks (english soap) called mercedes mcqueen- google it!!
Hmm I like my generic brands in some respects - but with some things. Own brand controllers for the PS2 are a definate no no - however asda cookie are AMAZING!!!! man wish I had some right now. have to say advertising sooo works with me - I have to keep faaaar away from the shopping channels, those things are dangerous!!

Well, maybe it's a guy thing. Transformers doesn't have the most compelling story I suppose, but I really liked it. And I'm a guy, so 50 story robots and smoking hot women just suit me just fine.
Well, generic brand and third party video game products are two different catagories. With third party, you're right, those are generally not as good as first party...which is why I don't buy them either, simply because the main publisher knows how to work with its technology the best. I was refering to grocery products or health products. Because really, Oreos vs King Sooper brand Creme Filled Chocolate Cookies are just the same damn thing. ...Except cheaper.
