A further look into Yamada's file revealed numerous complaints and disciplinary actions taken against him. He should have been let go years ago, considering the number. His behavior at the festival warranted disciplinary action, and with all the previous complaints, I decided letting him go was the appropriate course of action.
Yamada later came into contact with Kikumaru once more, attacking him and touching him inappropriately and without his consent. I arrested him and had him taken into custody, and I had a doctor look Kikumaru over and treat any injuries.
The doctor assured me there is no Anima marking on Kikumaru. He is completely human, despite the feline manner in which he tends to behave.
