We arrived late Friday night. It was a nice quiet resort. And then Rica went berserk when she found out Piolo (Pascual) was there too. She and Icel spent Saturday night hounding him. LOL.

I've been to Laiya beach in San Juan, Batangas in 1977. Nobody knew of this beautiful place except the people from San Juan and nearby towns. The dirt road from the town to the beach was parusa but once you get there it was paradise. The last time I was there, we shot a TVC for Sun cellular and this was 3 years ago. I'm glad the roads were paved but also sad because the place might be another Boracay.
