how do you go about getting a pet on a plane? i heard that its really unsafe.. i'm just curious since i might have issues with what to do with my cat when i attempt to go back to va on vacation..

It's not unsafe at all. Check with your airline's policy on airline travel. Delta's restricts travel to no lower than 25 degrees & no higher than 80-85. Animals are loaded last & unloaded first, and they hand deliver them to you at baggage claim. Cargo's temp controlled & cats can usually be brought on the plane with you. It costs about $75 each way for Dustin to travel. It's not bad at all, especially on a direct flight. :)
