i heard they're making a 3rd (4th if you count crazy man's version that never made it past concept drawings) film version of it!

hehe :) i think i might go visit my bff bronwyn there pretty soon... she moved there from seattle and can't stop raving a/b it. i'm going to try to set up a few informational interviews there, too, while i'm at it!

Its named in tribute to that book. It distributively generates graphics using the power of all the computers when they're in screen saver mode... literally what the computers are dreaming of.

yeah, we looked at that in my data culture class 2 semesters ago. :) pretty friggin sweet stuff. i reeeally wanna read that book.
