I have made a discovery this morning: powdered cinnamon is insoluble in a mixture of eggnog/skim milk (my mom bought us some eggnog the other day :love!). I discovered it quite by accident. I made my eggnog/skim milk drink, decided to be a little exotic and sprinkled some cinnamon in my drink. And the cinnamon just clumped up. Hmm, interesting ( Read more... )
