I love Christmas because it's a time when people band together to face the savagery the land shows us (as far as you can call Vancouver climate "savage"), a time when we illuminate the dark with the warm glow of colourful lights/fireplaces and candles. What do you mean by sweaters? Like zip-up hoodies or like long-sleeve shirts? I'm sure I've got a couple gender neutrals around here somewhere if you want to come by.

If you guys aren't opposed to a big fake tree - you're more than welcome to the one living in my storage. It's the family cabin tree - and since we sold our cabin a few yrs I ago I inherited it -- but my grandma gave me her tree this year. It's a bit of a bitch to put together, but once assembled and decorated it's beautiful -- and if you'd like it, it's all yours.

I also have some store credit at a kids consignment store on Main - we could go check it out together and if they have anything appropriate for B I'd be happy to share it. :)

That's a great idea :)

My schedule is crazy as always - most weeknights we're home and settled by 7pm -- and weekends are off and on. We can make it work though, just let me know when is good for you!

Burju's Angels thrift/vintage on main street just south of broadway has a big 5$ box, that kids can take 3 items for free from. He just needs to be with you.
