i think moving would be a better choice..there are more benefits like the ones you just mentioned..

and about friends...its always hard leaving your old friends but you're such a nice, sweet person you'd make more friends. yeah its easy to say.. =/

but if your family is having financial problems, you'd have to think about it as a family rather than as individual perspectives.

the best thing is to ask yourself what's really best for you and your family. i hope that whatever ur choice is, youll try to be content with it. hope i helped somewhat..

to be honest, i don't really think you should move. for one thing, i've heard academics are equally crazy at some pleasanton schools, and i thought all the rich people lived there anyway? a lot of the homes there are really expensive

yeah i heard that is like impossible to get into the honors geometry class cuz like only person teaches it and he has like a few classes...but then again thats at some schools...others ive heard are really easy from friends in pleasonton.

personally, i would love to move. but my situation is much different than your's. i hope that whatever you decide, everything works out. so hmmm, a fresh start might be a good thing. &pleasanton is a nice area, but if you love where you are, it might do more harm than good.
