I've been meaning to comment on this for awhile...
I too saw The Butterfly Effect, and yeah, it was unbelievably screwed up... But in a sick, twisted way, I loved it...
It made me feel anxious, sad, and scared, among other things, but I enjoy that... Not in the weird sense (well I guess there really isn't a not weird sense to this), but because it's good to feel. I felt almost depressed and very edgy for the rest of the day, but that's why I love movies like that, the ones that make you feel, because sometimes, life starts to make us numb...
I'm not sure why I posted this for you... Perhaps because you seem to be attracted to the same twisted movies that I am, and I'm wondering if maybe it's for the same purpose.
Or maybe I just felt like rambling.
In any case, since this movie obviously had a bit too much of a personal touch for you, I hope things have begun looking up since the time that you wrote this entry...

I never said the butterfly effect was a bad movie, it just affected me in a very bad way. Did you ever watch the original texas chainsaw massacre? and furthermore did you engoy it? it like films that push limits of something or are original i mean one of my favorite films to watch is schindlers list and that makes me cry every time i see it its so sad i think. I just like films that are different.
