MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU TOO, ZEDA!! ♥ I always wanted to ask you; do you celebrate Christmas on full American mode (*WARNING STEREOTYPES* meaning real tree, eggnog, etc)? Just curious.
XD HAHA, well- we have a real tree, though my mom and I would far prefer to get a fake one, and we have a single light-up tree in the courtyard, and we have the family come over for dinner Christmas Eve. The Christmas Eve dinner has a honey-baked ham, but other than that... XD;; It depends on what we all feel like. Mostly it's pigs-in-a-blanket and mini crab cakes and other small things to nibble. None of us like eggnog, and Christmas morning we wake up and open our presents/stockings, then have some kind of breakfast and laze around for the day.
What's the American-mods stereotype for Christmas?? XD I'm really curious! I bet it's very well deserved overall so you shouldn't worry about stereotyping!
A real tree asdjgfaksf That is so American XD Actually, I don’t really know; I grew up watching American Christmas movies and it looked like, you know, so important; the perfect tree, the perfect Christmas lights and the neighbour rivalry, carol singers going from door to door, eggnog, the Santa(s) at the mall, all the family together (this is actually done here too, but since there is always someone who can’t make it, people celebrate it another day)- Oh yeah, and if you don't get the perfect present IT'S A FRIGGIN' TRAGEDY (Jingle all the Way, anyone?)
Oh, Americans ♥ I don't know what we Europeans would do without you and the stereotypes.
