how do I make it friends only being able to read this?

at the bottom of the update screen where you type your entry... theres things that say mood, user picture, music, etc..... theres one that says "security".... it usually has "public" in the box, but if you go down it says "Friends" so thats only your friends can read it.... and theres one that says "private" so only you can read it...
