I think you should totally go for the short look. It's always nice to try out something different. But if it's pouring down rain and you don't want to get your newly styled and cut hair wet... do not run. I did that about two years ago, tripped over a sprinkler, twisted my ankle and ended up getting my hair wet. But you probably aren't as... unbalanced like me. :p

Anyway, to deal with the hair-out-of-the-face thing, there are always pretty clips you can use, or bobby pins (which are the best I think, but some fancy clips are nice for formal things), and maybe even headbands. ;) There are always options for different lengths of hair.

If you do get it cut by a prefessional, make sure you ask what you can do to style it, or just watch to see what they do.

Another pro is: you'll be saving more shampoo and conditioner. ;)

Oh and even if it's bad looking on you, hey, it's hair. It grows. :p And even then, hats can become your new best friend. :p

Thanks Iam going to do it but now I will have to buy wigs for CIV for some of my costumes (but at least I do not have to try to curl my hair)
