One more Day left!

One more day until my interview! I've been studing like mad. Over fifty note cards. I joke about how I won't remember them all the truth is I memorized them as I writing them. I'm such a liar. (bad girl)My friend called the other day, we haven't spoke much lately it was nice. My attention at the moment was split, feel kind of bad for that. I told ( Read more... )

because for some of us, life just wasn't exciting. Do people really want to hear about riding a bike through fairgrounds wehn it was closed? Or laying on a trundle bed and reading all four books in a nintendo game book set in a single day? Or hey, how about getting a milkshake after school..now that's exciting. (can you feel the sarcasm?)

From a different approach, most people don't really become aware of their memories, that is..really know them, until about 5 or 6. That's what i've heard anyway. and between then and 9 or ten (which is when we start developing our own personality on a serious level) it's just not very important stuff. Now this is just a generalization based on a typical youth but the point is this:

If life was boring and there's nothing that's felt important enough to talk about then who should be the one deciding? The one whose life it was and who writes in the journal, or the ones who read the journal?

All written things are for an audience even if it's only yourself. I never called you boring, you label yourself and you insist on it. I supose its easier to say that you are boring there's no responsibility in that, it means you don't even have to try, thats all. I don't think you are boring I just think you use it as a security net. :P Children have set personalities and behavior patterns by the time they are 7. Then change is only possible with a signifigant emotional event. :P Do a little research before you say things like that :P.... <---mad scientist. I already know all that stuff :P.

Doesn't matter WHO it's written for..the writing of is up to the writer. And I AM boring. Or rather, I'm in a boring state. I don't do much that's worth talking about.

Set personalities and behaviors they do, but they are still about being the kid, they aren't figuring out who they are and what they want from life yet. That wasn't what the comment said though.it waw regarding memories...not personality. So pay attention to the process scientist :P

"(which is when we start developing our own personality on a serious level)"You should not take little pieces and turn them into what you want to say. You usually seem to just take a peice of something and latch on, then you focus on it like mad when it has nothing to do with really getting anywere. You did bring that up, and just because children are not aware of what they want from life or retain the memory of the past does not mean that there're personality isn't developed yet. Memories may not be remembered by the consious mind but the principle is always retained by the subcouncious. Don't mess with the scientist. How come you are such an expert on people, when you don't even have the curage to speak with someone you don't already know?! Really, how much people experiance do you have? Granted you watch a lot of movies, but that's not real life. How many social studies classes have you taken? Have you done any reading from a creditable source online? Somehow I dought it. A few weeks in a crash course on how to deal with children ( ... )
