Good luck with the dieting! ^__^ (I'm going to try it soon also... as long as my will doesn't give a crack). BTW, what does the main concept of this Slim Fast thing look like? I understand about morning shakes, but what about the rest of the day menu? What kind of food should you eat?

Well, it says on the box to have a shake for breakfast, a small snack (like an apple or something) between breakfast and lunch, to eat about 200 calories worth of food for lunch, have another small snack between lunch and dinner, and to eat a normal dinner. So really, there's not much to it except replacing breakfast and eating generally smaller meals.

The shakes are supposed to curb the appetite for four hours and it has worked fairly well for me so far. I haven't felt as hungry as I tend to get. And the cappuccino shakes are excellent. <3

I thought you said you did the Slim Fast thing and they made you sick? I don't want you to get sick, ya ho! You better watch yourself. And if you wanna go running in the cold with me over break, let me know.

The reason the Slim Fasts made me sick at Otakon was because I drank them warm...cold, though, they are fine.

And I do want to exercise with you over break, only I doubt I'll be able to go running in my current state of I-haven't-been-running-in-like-a-year-all-I-can-do-is-speed-walk. We should learn the Hare Hare Yukai dance -- that'll be fun exercise! And just dance in general. And work out to exercise videos. :)
