I do not know exactly why he was called "Sammy". according to what I know, that name gave him by Nino ( yes, Nino always gave weird names =)) There was also a time where Nino calls Sho “Sho-pin”. Again, Nino mentioned Sho in him ‘Game Nikki’ as “Sho-pin”. In Nino’s Nikki, he called Sho “Tenki-yohou-san (weather forecaster)”. Again in Nino’s Nikki, he called Jun “Pro-Golf-san” (Jun, who finds it hard to wake up in the morning, is tensed when he joined the Golf competition in Summer 05’) ) .

About Ohchan - According to Nino, Ohno gained the nickname "Sammy" during a dinner outing with friends. In Nino’s radio show Baystorm, he called Ohno “Sami-”. “When Sami- goes for a meal with ‘big-shots’ he will foot the bill” - says Nino.

In past., they always change the nicknames for each other until it’s hard to tell who’s who. :">

Oh my god, these are too cute~!!
I know about Super Idol, Fumio and Kappe. I have never known about hiragana. lol I guess it was just because Aiba was(or still is hihi) bad at Kanji. haha But that was really cute~!
What 'ocharake' means anyway?
Do you know the reason why Aiba was called 'Akiba-kun', 'Bacchi', 'Kappe', and 'Soba'?

From my opinion about Aibaba, I think maybe Aiba misunderstood it because in my case, I pronounce 'ba bai' instead of 'bye bye' (people around me pronounce that way too) so yep, maybe Aiba just misheard it or not :)

Thank you for this!! I love you :DD

I'm glad when you liked it :"> I think now he is still very weak kanji =)) even more since he can not know the meaning or confuse them with each other . what an adorable Aiba-chan , ne :">
I'm still learning about that "ocharake" >.< and I don't know why him called "Akiba-kun", "Bacchi" .... To how soon know, I'll update again >.<

And "Kappe", I read somewhere but can not find them... I just remember when they were Junior, taking pictures or clip video, something together , Yoko called Aiba "Kappe"....

"Soba" = "Souba" - I do not know how to explain. It seems it is the same name Kanji ( same pronunciation ) .

I have no idea about the name Aibaba:)) For me, it's cute and short of "Aiba bye bye" =))

This part 相 in his name has 2 way to pronunce: "ai" (kunyomi) and "sou" (onyomi) The Japanese usually use kunyomi to read their names so aiba is the right way to read. But if you read his name in the onyomi way, souba it will sound a lil bit smimilar to soba (name of a kind of noodle in Japan ) so Nakai called him soba to make fun of him.
I hope my explanation clear enough for you ^.^
