Am ok lar.. think like what bluey said. Sudden changes of weather conditions, tired and dehydrated. Am perfectly ok now.

oh u poor dear ... I guess it was just the sudden change in relative humidity in the air and the sudden exertion which caused the nose capilaries to break ... u poor dear .. rest more and take things easy ok .. perhaps u are dehydrated ?
