Gosh.... I am so ashamed of the customer, the call-centre staff, Astro.. and of course the PR lady!! MALAYSIA, so malu!! I really hope Air Asia will do better. It's the only Malaysian based company that I am proud of so far

What is Astro? The 2 customers -- angry lady and PR lady -- sounded crazy and were just plain mean. I feel sorry for him. The guy was sufficiently patient, I must say, in the face of such abuse. I don't know what I would do if I were in his shoes.
astro is a provider of cable tv. Malaysia equivalent of Starhub cable TV... I so agree with one of the comments on "asking for champagne". Nice customers get good service. If you'd ask nicely, even no card passenger on econ can get champagne, otherwise, don't care what PPS or what, I will still say "sorry, we ran out of champagne!"
