I am very unforgiving! Especially when I had such a terrible day, worked until 9pm, yet I can't even get my dinner served properly! And since the last experience was also bad.. I have to complain until they do something about it

I searched n searched.. No email or contact for their office in Hong Kong. Yup i did write in to that. We'll see if there will be any response. I am thinking of writing to IE Singapore who give the taxpayers' money to "internationalize these Sg brands"

But honestly, does the Singapore brand really equate to good service? Hehe, efficiency yes but service, hmm...... :)
