..... would you get a thunderstorm and a snow storm at the same time!  Thunder, lighting, freezing rain, and a couple inches of snow.  Took 45 minutes to clear ice from the car

That driver is a freakin' idiot!! There's always one random moron out in bad weather that thinks they're invincible, and doesn't give a second thought to the safety of others.

The look on his face when he finally got stopped was wonderful. I'm pretty sure he had to go home and clean out his shorts! LOL!
