New Year's 2009

I stayed in this year.  Everyone around me at work has had the flu or a serious cold.  Naturally they still come to work.  God forbid that they not share the joy.  I was feeling a bit off anyway.  Working on a crochet project usually makes me feel better.   I have the baby afghan I've been working on almost fininshed.  I just have the picot border

I usually go to my friend Christi's house. This year she was having back/leg problems and decided to make it a quiet evening. I think that was wise.

I have been around the office cold-- starting with the son of my working colleague and freind, going from her to the manager and so forth---nasty thing for 3-4 days and malingers.

I have dodged the bullet so far, don't know how.

I love Russian Caravan tea. And Irish Breakfast.

I managed to avoid getting a full-blown cold. I just felt off for a bit and I think staying in was a wise decision.

I've never had Russian Caravan. I do like Irish Breakfast though. It's hard to find a bad tea.
