What about competition?: Competition is good while it is fun, I'm not very competitive though.

Would you be willing to follow orders from someone of a higher rank?: If I agreed with them, yes.
How do you deal with change and/or sudden events that catch you off guard?: I'm quick to adjust, always having a back-up plan.
