Congratulations on making President, Naruto, i'm sure you'll work hard for your fellow students...

... But this first rule... I'm not sure i can agree that this is a good idea. I mean, people will bring their pets, they'll disrupt classes, make -uh- 'messes', and if they don't get a long they'll fight and cause damage to school property. Its a big resposibility to handle, Naruto.
