This is the only Mary Poppins icon I've got so far. I think it's wonderfully numinous :D I need a good Julie one as well... annoyingly my favourite shot of her in the movie looks much, much less good at 100x100 than it does at full size ( Read more... )

Is it possible to have a Poppins Light that would summon her the same way the Batman has that silly assed spotlight he is called to duty by? I simply must know or at the very least have other innocent bystanders ponder the question with me.

*laughs* You *could* have a Poppins-Signal but I very, very much doubt she would answer to it. She arrives and leaves when she sees fit.

That really does look like one, though. :)

I did indeed find "Victor Victoria" *smug* which you are free to borrow whenever. (I also found "Thoroughly modern Millie" and "Relative Values" in the same place... so lots of goodness... *drool*) WAH! I'm going to be late for work, must run now. Anyway, let me know when/what you want to borrow. It's all region 2 DVD's, BTW.

Aaaaah, I love you! I'd like to borrow V/V and Relative Values, well, would like to borrow Millie as well but have seen that so mustn't be greedy, aah, could show up tomorrow in your break from work or something? Thank yooooou :D :D Or we could watch together some time :)

*smuuugness* Well, today is my day off (since I worked all weekend, meh!) so anytime's good. I am still trying to do spring cleaning type thingy but will probably need a break or two.
I talked to Mark about your scanner driver problem and he said it was probably because windows is stupid that way and often looks for stuff in the wrong place and won't listen to you... (Ummm, he probably explainesd it much better but that's pretty much what I got from it. I'm sure if you asked huim he'd explain it to you. He's good with the geek stuff. ^_^)

Thanks for talking to Mark, I've been trying to make the scanner work on Sally's computer, no luck there either so far!
