You have a lovely home! I love all the oak wood trim and the color scheme. Having your mother in your sitting room reminds me when I had to turn my living room into my bedroom for 6 months one time and 2 months another. Both times were due to separate injuries. And I had a couple of big dogs that tried to hog my bed, at least that little baby is politely sharing the bed.
These are lovely entries into the Vonnie's Ireland series.
Looking forward to the next installation. Where are you taking us next?
*Hugs you and is glad you came into my home for the tour*
The house actually need much work done to it, that's all been like that for nearly 15 years now.
My dad put all the wood on and varnished it all himself (he was much more fitter then)
The wallpaper in my bedroom was put up for when my niece and her mom (my sister Emma) lived here a few years ago, it's teenage wallpaper lol (I call it that anyway) and it also needs redoing some time.
I think next I'm heading to Cong, Co Mayo. I'm writing a story (I think I mentioned that to you?) and I want to take everyone around where the boys are going to be in my fic. I think it should be fun, it will give me another busy day tomorrow hehehe.
Much love and thank you so much for reading and commenting to my posts, Laura.

OMG gurl!! First of all thank you so much for the warm welcome *cleans feet and makes a wish* I LOVE your house but then I love those typical British housed like those you see in British TV shows. How nice of you to convert your sitting room to make your mom feel comfortable when she's staying at your place. and gurl... I LOOOOOVE your room ;) I guess you can say you have a *mild* G/R-QaF obsession but I LOVE it! I love that when one of my LJ friends does this virtual tours we always see the QaF/G&R corner at one point. I have one too on my desk but it's nothing compared to yours. I esp love the view from your bed (those three YUMMI Gale pics *meltz*) oh and HRH Charlie is soo adorable. Give her h hug from me. Thank you soooo muchly. Please do part 4 ;) *hugs you tightly* V.
I never sat down there at all so all it did was gather dust. My mom has a bad back and struggles coming up the stairs. We have a small toilet downstairs that is handy for her too (Its actually just as you come in through the front door but I forgot to photograph it *rolls eyes*)
I love my room, just not the wallpaper but I will get that changed at some point. This used to be my parents room when I was growing up. I remember they had a lovely blue coloured wallpaper in here.
I never thought I'd give a virtual tour in here before and I really enjoyed giving it alot.
Yep, the boys always show up some time in our virtual tour of the home posts lol. I love all the stuff I have in my room alot.
My pics are my pride and joys :)
I certainly will hug Charlie for you, and Milo too if you like :)
Love the tour and it brings back lovely memories of my visit with you. Pic 26 of Randy with the two kids is mine. Did I send that to you and the first autographed pic of Randy is one I forgot about. Charlie looks so cute. Love all your QaF memorabilia and that you wake up to Gale every morning.
I'm changing the wallpaper some time in the near future because I don't like it very much, but the rest of the house is good enough for the time being :)
