As I understand your setup, it seems as though any computers on router B would seem to have a single IP address (that assigned to router B initially) so computers on router A will not be able to locate individual router B computers properly. However, I would think that any computers connected to router B should be able to see a router A computer, though as for transferring data, there may still be some bidirectional communication issues...
I have to imagine there are some settings/programs that could work around this issue, but none that I can think of while preserving the separate nature of your personal (A) and guest (B) networks.
Yeah, I haven't found anything, yet, either. I had thought perhaps I could manually add the computer addresses to the HOSTS file on the computers involved, but I haven't tried that, yet.
