Well, the fact is, the excerpt from Thomas's journal is exactly that: A JOURNAL ENTRY. It was not intended to be portrayed as news in later points in time.---yeah, maybe I should clarify that. I spent a lot of time adding the Darfur part to that section, so I really haven't checked the rest of it.

Yes, but the textual representation's audience reflects it's message, which is why textual representation in the news is skewed. That sounded like a good statement to implement, as well ( ... )
