I think that Neal appreciates what's in front of him here more than Mozzie thinks that he does, but yeah, a little smacking around wouldn't hurt. ;)

You got him down to an absolute tee -- from his possessive protectiveness over Neal to the way he just can't say no to anything that boy wants. ^_^ And I love how it's always Mozzie that Neal turns to, for everything. And the end... oh, the end... so perfect, so much love! Neal/Mozzie forever!
