I called Adam crying at 10 am about how horrible I felt. He came home from work. I slept from 10:30 until 2:30 and now he's off picking up Zhara from school and I am considering whether I feel too crappy to take a shower. Entirely possible, but it would be nice. Neti pot has stopped working - nothing will flow through at all, even with Mucinex.

I hear you, J. I really do. Last week? Tuesday? When I slept for 16 hours? Yep, I am there with you on the feeling crappy.

Neti pot has rarely helped me. I always get so blocked that there is absolutely no way anything is getting in or out. It is so miserable.
