I talked to the executive editor on Friday. I had to do it Friday as she is on furlough next week. I told her I was freaking out and I told her why. Where is this copy editor's job? How much does it pay? Do they have candidates lined up or can anyone apply? Will they consider me with no formal copyediting experience but one year of writing at a weekly?

The position will be here in Fremont, Ohio. If the job title is in fact Copy Editor I, it will pay between $12-$13/hr. They haven't posted the job yet, so they haven't started gathering applicants yet. I don't know what qualifications they consider or require, but I'll keep you in the loop.

Oh man. I got some chicken fingers at CBB the other day. Good stuff. I still need to get a cheeseburger, though! :D

We've been to Charlotte bakery twice. Empenadas + beach = WIN.
