I'm sorry I ditched you last night.

mankind IS monster! I wrote two essays last summer, cause I'm lame, one where I said mankind was a monster and one where I said mankind was NOT a monster. And the one where I argued that it WAS a monster was 80 gazillion times better.

so this comment kind of belongs on the last entry. oh well.

i wrote that essay...the point of the book is to prove that mankind is a monster for various reasons, but mostly because theyre selfish and do everything for themselves. there are a lot of allusions in the book such as all of the aliens dying of small pox or chicken pox or what ever pox and the native americans dying from english diseases, also the way that mankind can go into a world where everything is peaceful, basically a utopia, and in a matter of years: ruin it so that everyone has died. also they blow themselves up in the end, which is trying to show that people are self destructive. i loved that book and spent a lot of time discussing it, so thats the easiest way to write the essay, and it has the most possible examples for your use, such as the ones ive already stated, or if your looking for something else use the one about the house, that doesnt even need people to live in it and where everything is like a robot, to show the over use of technology, and the other good one is the house of usher or w/e where they burned all the
