i hate speeding tickets that cost $200 for only going 18 kilometers an hour over the speedlimit! BAH! i am already too poor. anyone have any money for me?

wow that sucks! ah! i dont know what id do if i got pulled over, i have a feeling it would be something spastic though. however, i did once get a 90 buck photo radar for doing 45 in a 30 zone. but 200 bucks! ridiculous.
