You are all so very lucky I have cut this. Kansas City fun started today a year ago. We sat in our hotel room dancing and jumping on beds like idiots while we laughed at all the people who were outside in the rain camping out. Why? Because we were the first people let into the venue while they all camped out. Suckas.

I looked through all of those lol, I wish I could travel around like that on the next tour(not fall, but for the new studio album) and have a blast like that....idk if anyone else is wiling to save money up though for something like that =(

this makes me giggle. a friend of mine from down under that visited christmas of 2002, and i drove down to tulsa one day after getting a wild hair up our asses (it's about a seven hour drive from here) and we had no plans, no hotel reservations, and i managed to lose not only my wallet at the airport (which is where we stopped to get a map of tulsa) but i'm a small town girl, not used to the big city driving, and i was with an aussie who couldn't read US street signs lol. it was a trip that managed to raise my blood pressure to extreme highs. BUT we got a lot of the same pictures you did... the driller, the moe house (only we got a pic of 77th street... for obvious reasons) big spash, the blue rose cafe (Which is now aptly named "blu") and so on and so forth. tulsa is fun.

lol if your aussie friend drove, the roads are like ... backwards over there, or over here... lol. we drive on opposite sides of the road. man would THAT get confusing!

Went to KC and Tulsa shows that year. Me a car load of other people also went to the MOE house. Totally missed it, and almost ran the intersection (THANKS BIG ASS HILL) and into a car. But we made it. There was also another car of fans waiting. Didn't go up all the way onto the property though.
