Okay, everyone. I might as well make official what I've already been doing anyway, and that is taking a hiatus from this LJ. It has been a great and very worthwhile experience, but to maintain it properly, as well as keep up with all of you, requires more time than I am willing to give right now. Hello Rachel! Nice to hear from you. It has been a long time. Good to hear things are going well. I understand your reasons for taking a hiatus from LJ. But I hope to hear from you again every now and then, even if just to let us know you are still around. :)

In case you are wondering (:p), I am doing fine, and my health has improved significantly ever since I started my therapy since coming back home. I am really happy and grateful for that. Hope to get much better soon and stop taking medications. Hopefully one day. :)

i have no plans to move yet. i still have some things that i want to accomplish before i leave. but maybe in another year or two, i'll spend some time in eastern europe... or who knows where else... ;)

Hi - well, don't take a permanent hiatus.. I totally understand about it being a little too much for a daily habit... but it is nice to catch up with people from time to time. I miss a lot too. I don't expect people to read all my entries either...

So you're still in the US? Does this mean you're done with Holland? Or are you moving back?

You're right about the posting--but I have this guilt thing, where I feel like I should be keeping up with people more than I do sometimes, especially if I'm posting and people are responding to my posts... so I thought it would be better just to chill on it for a while. Although now that I've reinserted myself into LJ-land, I am starting to get back into it a bit...

Nope, I'm not still in the US--I returned to Amsterdam as scheduled, and have been busy here ever since. I'm definitely not done with Amsterdam yet, either. The future is a bit uncertain at this point, but the forseeable amount of it I'll still be in good old Sodom & Gomorrah. ;)
