With Whom do They Live?: Zacky lives with the Donnellys. During term time he stays in Princeton. On weekends and holidays he lives in the Donnelly home with Tommy, Alana, Jake, Patrick, Nick and the twins Juliette and Sophia

Relationship History: Zack has never had any serious, longterm relationships. He´s had some that have lasted a few weeks or a few months, but never more than three or four months.
Family: Zacky was given up for adoption at birth. He's been in numerous different foster homes, he has never contacted his birth parents. He was taken in by Tommy Donnelly, who views him as another son. Zack lives with the Donnellys and would consider them his family in every sense of the word

Education: Because he was in an Orphanage, he has attended various schools around New York. He didn't really do well in school, finding it hard to sit still and quietly for long periods of time. He dropped out of high school in New York and ran away. Once he came under Tommy Donnelly's care he completed a GED and is now in Princeton University studying languages

Flaws, Addictions, Problems, Quirks and Foibles, etc: Zacky is a bit of a drama queen. He likes things to go his way and has been known to throw tantrums if they don't go according to his plan. He's fussy and very neat, almost on an OCD scale. He's a vegetarian and refuses to eat any meat, or any food that may have touched meat or been mixed with something else that touched meat.
Personality: Zacky is a pretty hyper guy/He always has to be moving about, doing things. He gets bored very, very easily. He can be very loving with the right person, but is absolutely terrified of commitment. He is a very good natured guy, but has a very bad temper. He´s very, very loyal to his family.

EMAIL TO HIS FAMILY FROMWHEN ZACK FIRST ARRIVED IN HIS ACCOMMODATION IN ITALY
So I arrived last night and was met at my apartment by my ancient landlady who stroked my face numerous times, called me pretty and then brought me around the apartment holding my hand and showing me ridiculous things. "This is a light, this is how you switch it on. This is how you work the lamp. Do you know what this is?" Yeah, thanks. We have showers in the United States. After she´d showed me how to work every light in the apartment, she stroked my face once more, told me how handsome I was and left. I could get used to this.
The apartment was empty, so I went to the bedroom I´m sharing with someone else, (there are five of us living here) and began to unpack. My flatmates arrived back a while later, slightly drunk and with a lot of beer. One girl insisted on taking off her shorts and showing me a tattoo of a heart on her upper thigh. I have a feeling I may be about to experience the university lifestyle that Tommy kept from me in first year when he insisted I share an apartment with Nick, away from the university. (Also there´s a cleaning lady and I strongly suspect she cleans the dishes with bleach.)
I went out to buy stuff for breakfast this morning and returned with what I thought was orange juice but turned out to be orange flavoured soy milk. Good one Italy! You got me. It was disgusting and I don´t understand why anyone would make that.
But classes don´t start til tomorrow and I needed to print stuff, so I went to the internet café. My Italian is a little rusty and the accents are quite strong here, so a visit to the Internet Café turned into a fun game of why are you yelling at me?
After that, I went back to the supermarket and met an old man who thought it vital to inform me that
1)I look Italian, but I don´t sound Italian when I speak.
2) Women today are terrible because they are too dominant. They get this from their mothers.
3) Men and women are different.
4) He left his wife of 43 years because she treated him like a little bitch (his words) and has been happily alone ever since, no really, honestly. He has.
5) Women today are terrible because they have sex before marriage. But this is also a good thing because sex. But marriage. But sex.
6) Dogs are better than women and if I don´t believe him I should get one of each and see which I prefer.
I ended up saying goodbye and walking away. All I´d wanted was wine......
