I never update anymore. This is most likely because I'm never home. I've been spending as much time as I can with Heather, because she is what makes me happy. I look forward to seeing her the second I leave her. Why are you going to court? I've been a couple times. My experience has been that you go to the help desk and find out what docket you're on (which is basically which courtroom you need to go to). Sometimes, they have the list posted outside of the door of the individual courtrooms. Then you go to the courtroom and sit until the judge calls your name. When he calls your name, you walk up. He'll probably ask the cop some questions, and then ask you some questions. Then he'll tell you what your punishment is. If it's car related, it will probably be a fine and points on your driving record. If you have a reckless driving charge, ask to take driving school.

yea, reckless in a school zone. i already had to take the class last year because its required if your under 20 or something. so i dont know if taking it again will help.

It might not help *you,* but it will help your insurance rates. When I got a reckless driving ticket, I suggested that to the judge. Instead of a felony, I just got a couple points against my license. I don't even think I had to pay a fine. You could go to those comedy driving schools.
